The purpose of this Manure Emissions Incident Log is to keep a record of the health problems experienced by people living within breathing distance of large livestock operations, or near liquid manure applications, or near manure lagoons or slurry pits.

If you notice manure stench and have physical and/or mental health symptoms, if you have to change your daily activities, please enter those details in this form. Your words help document the health impacts on our community. Your information will be added anonymously to our ECCSCM Manure Emissions Database. The Manure Emissions Database is not sanctioned by any health department or other government agency. It is an attempt by the members of ECCSCM to gather information, to raise awareness, and to inform policy makers, legislators and health departments of the impact of CAFO emissions on neighbors and communities.
